Common Question
Do I need to already understand ADHD or neurodivergence to join?
No. Session 1 builds this foundation from scratch; you don't need lived experience or prior training, just openness to learning how your client's brain actually works.
How is this different from a generic VA course?
Generic VA training teaches task execution for any client. This teaches the specific frameworks for supporting ADHD and neurodivergent leaders, a scarcer, more specialized skill set that most VAs are never taught.
I dont have any VA Experience, can I still do this?
Yes. Several of our strongest graduates started with zero professional VA background. The program builds the identity and frameworks from the ground up.
What if I already work remotely?
Then this is about breaking a plateau, not starting from zero, see the "VA Rockstar" path above.
Is this live or self-paced?
Your choice. The live cohort gets one-on-one interaction with the instructor and brainstorming sessions with classmates. The self-paced version can be done at your own pace, it's best for those who need more flexibility in their schedules.
